In response to the outbreak of Covid-19 we have had to slightly rethink how we do things. In order to reduce congestion at the Farm, we ask that you order your tree online this year. At the checkout you will have two delivery options: Click, Approve and Collect, or Local Delivery. Please see below for details on each of these options.
Click, Approve and Collect
Pre-pay for your tree online, and at the online checkout pick a collection slot. Slots are 30 minutes long, which should give you sufficient time to choose the perfect tree. On your chosen collection day you will be able to park up next to the trees and, all importantly, get out of your car to choose on foot. Please remember to bring along a copy of your order confirmation.
Our amazing selection of decorations, wreaths and stands will also be available in our shop to explore from 21 November. We ask that you please wear a mask at all times whilst in the shop to keep everyone safe this Christmas.
Local Delivery
Order your tree online, and select delivery at the checkout as your shipping option. The delivery cost is automatically calculated based on your distance from our shop at Burcot Farm. We only deliver trees up to a maximum of 15 miles, therefore if you live further away, you will only have the option to Click, Approve and Collect your tree at the checkout. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to arrange a delivery date.
